The Joint Commission Awards Celebration the Gold Seal of Approval
The Florida Hospital Celebration Health Expedition: Joint Replacement Center is proud to be one of the few joint replacement programs in Florida to receive the Gold Seal of Approval in healthcare. This accreditation is awarded by the Joint Commission and is a clear indication of the program’s dedication to the utmost quality and safety of care for patients. The accreditation process is an audit of the actual delivery of critical services and not simply a review of the policies. This is a continuous process, providing insight into our organization’s consistent daily operations and systems. The unannounced survey is a validation of our emphasis on continuous improvement efforts in the quality and safety of care. We are constantly striving to meet and exceed the rigorous national standards. Ongoing compliance with the Joint Commission standards results in sound management practices in the day-to-day delivery of safe, high quality care and commitment to continuous quality improvement.
