He completed a one-year accredited fellowship in Joint Replacement Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh, receiving extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of arthritis, failed total joint replacement and osteonecrosis.

Since 1993, Dr. Dore has practiced in Central Florida specializing in Adult Reconstruction. He has published several articles, chaired regional meetings and has presented and moderated at national meetings on Total Joint Replacement.
