Dr. Douglas McDonald Testimonials

“The nurse and staff were outstanding! We got in and out in an incredible amount of time. They were very direct and precise, and we feel that we got the best treatment possible. I would absolutely refer someone to see this specialist.”

“Dr McDonald as well as his nurse, Veronica, have gone above and beyond and exceeded my expectations for care of my daughter. They were very thorough in the initial exam, answered all of our questions, assisted with quickly setting up additional appointments and exams and checking in to make sure we had what we needed. Best care from any other medical provider we have received to date. Can’t thank them both enough.”

-Katherine E.

“Dr. McDonald has passion for what he does for good work, very few practice a profession with a commitment you do, I would recommend without any problem.”

-Amy S.

“I love Dr. McDonald – so far I was able to see him for two different areas; shoulder & low back. A lot of times you must go to the doc who specializes in a specific area.”

-Debbie L.

“Dr. McDonald is terrific. He has a great bedside manner, and explains everything with ease. I feel very comfortable that I’m getting his full attention, and the best care. He also has a fabulous assistant. Veronica is wonderful! She’s fun, funny, and very efficient, and I’m thankful that she is the one dealing with my not so fabulous insurance company.”

-Paula F.

“Dr. McDonald and his staff went above and beyond. I went in for my shoulder and during the x-ray he saw a spot on my lung, which I had checked out and ended in a happy ending, but it could have easily gone the other way and been something that he brought to my attention early enough to catch. I also stopped in after hours when they had just closed to retrieve a copy of the x-ray for the CAT scan and his staff graciously let me in and his Xray tech Buddy stayed and made me copies so I could have them with me when I went. In this hurry up world and industry that is not the norm and their time and effort to my care was much appreciated.”

“”I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Doug. Although it was my first meeting with him I felt comfortable with him and a trust in him. He spent time with me and didn’t rush through the appointment. I would like to add that Buddy in x-ray also went above and beyond and with help with my crutches. He saved me a lot of pain and discomfort now and down the road. Eileen also was very helpful and compassionate. She returned my phone call and didn’t rush through my questions and concerns. What a great team I am fortunate to work with! It makes the healing process that much easier. Thank you!”
